Pick a start day, how many days and which times, then copy the slots into the poll above (they’re filled in for you).
How the best slot is chosen
Each answer scores a slot: works = 2, if needed = 1, can’t = 0. The slot with the highest total wins, and the table shows how many people said “works” so you can break ties in favour of fewer compromises.
The three-way answer matters. A plain yes/no forces people to either promise a slot they’d rather avoid or rule it out entirely; “if needed” keeps those slots alive without pretending they’re ideal.
Times are written as plain text in the poll, so write the time zone if your group is spread out (for example “Tue 10:00 London”).

Is this a free Doodle alternative?
For finding a time, yes: list slots, share one link, see the best slot. It has no calendar integration or accounts, and answers come back to you as reply links rather than being stored on a server.
Do participants need an account?
No. They open the link, tap each slot to mark works, if needed or can’t, and send the reply back with one tap.
How many time slots can I add?
Up to 12 per poll. If you need more, narrow the week first with a quick poll on days, then run a second poll on times.
