Polls are one of the cheapest forms of formative assessment: a 30-second check tells you whether to move on or reteach. The questions below are written as templates; swap in your topic.

Not every classroom has phones. PollCraft’s show-of-hands counter and pass-the-device secret ballot both work with a single teacher device.

Questions people ask

Can students vote without phones or accounts?

Yes. Use the pass-the-device secret ballot (students vote one after another on the teacher’s tablet) or the show-of-hands counter. Neither needs student devices or accounts.

Is student data collected?

No. PollCraft has no accounts and no database. Results are stored only in the teacher’s own browser and can be cleared with one button.
